No. We use cloned voices with natural pauses, breath and intonation. In blind tests, most callers can't tell. If your customers prefer to know they're talking to AI, we disclose it — your choice.

Can it transfer to a real person?

Yes. The agent is trained on what triggers a transfer (angry customer, complex topic, explicit request, sensitive matter). It transfers in seconds with a verbal summary so your team picks up the context.

How does it integrate with our existing phone number?

Two options. Forward your existing line to the AI and keep your number — the most common setup. Or get a new dedicated number from us. We work with Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage and most VoIP providers.

What about regulations — recording, disclosure, GDPR?

We follow recording-disclosure laws of the country where the call originates. GDPR, CCPA and CPRA compliant. All transcripts are encrypted at rest. You own the data.
